As some of you may know...
I became an Auntie on 2nd July 2014 (a very proud one).
I did lots of creating on the lead up to his birth, and thought I would share with you some of the items I made for the little man.

I also gave to him (& his parents) a hamper of goodies. Along with several other items I previously made (bag, blankie, travel cushion, sock monkey)
Here's the blankie I made for my adorable nephew River...
It's a whopping great size, so they can wrap him up to keep him warm, or use it at a later date when he might like to lie on the floor!!

It's certainly been a long while since I have written in my blog... Wow, where to start?

Well, I have started making (& mastering) reversible tote bags!

These bags are available in custom colours and can be ordered via my shop or email.

On another totally unrelated topic.... My hubby & I also recently bought a new car, and I'm so in love with it!
A Ford Territory TX... It's just awesome to drive around and I can't help but look at it and sit in it at every chance I can get haha!

Soon I will be more-so on the hunt for Christmas fabric, so I'm ready for Christmas orders!
Not much variety as yet!

Yesterday and Today I completed 2 snuggle blankies; they feel so nice and snug too!

Wow!!! what a day.
I suddenly decided that "today" was the day to create a new (& improved) name for my hobby/business seeing as I make way more than just sock monkeys now!
So here I am... 5th February 2013 & the new website and new facebook page has started!!

It's going to be a very long and slow process moving photos over to my new page, but I will eventually get there!

I will still be making all the same items as before, just under a different name; "NEW & IMPROVED". I hope that all my 'likers' on facebook will follow me over to my new page as I will still be providing the 'awesome' service that I always did with SockMonkeysByKel.

** just a quick post for today; I think my brain is going 100 miles an hour now with all the excitement overload happening **
